ITINERARY

Day 1:
On the first day, we will wait for you at the airport to give you the visa, help you pass immigration controls and take you to the hotel. In the evening we will have dinner at a high-quality local restaurant.

Day 2:
After breakfast we will visit the pyramids of Giza and the sphinx, and we will go inside one of the pyramids. At the end of the visit we will eat in a high-quality restaurant.

After a rest at the hotel, in the evening we will head to Old Cairo, to the most medieval area, where we will walk along its oldest street to visit the Citadel of Saladin, we will enter the Alabaster Mosque, then we will visit the Khan el Khalili market. The tour then ends at your hotel.

Day 3:
Early in the morning we will leave your hotel in Cairo towards Alexandria, the most important Mediterranean city in Egypt.

We will begin by touring the Alexandria port to visit the Citadel of Qaitibay. This defensive complex was built in the 15th century by Sultan Qaitibay, right in the same place where the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria stood. Several earthquakes destroyed the watchtower, whose remains were used to build the Citadel.

Next we will move to the south of the city, where we will access the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa. The bas-reliefs at the site, one of the most notable in Alexandria, show the fusion between Egyptian and Greco-Roman culture. We will enter its three different levels to see the passages, tunnels and galleries along which the tombs of the necropolis are distributed. Very close to these catacombs we will find Pompey's Column, located in the place where the temple dedicated to the Greek-Egyptian god Serapis was located.
Afterwards we will enjoy lunch in Alexandria at a high-quality restaurant.

In the afternoon, we will visit one of the most important modern buildings in the city: the New Library of Alexandria. Emerged as a tribute to the ancient space that gathered thousands of papyri and parchments, this contemporary building reopened in 2002 constitutes one of the most important cultural spaces in the eastern Mediterranean.

In the late afternoon we will finally return to your hotel in Cairo.

Day 4:
After breakfast, we will take you to Aswan airport where we will catch you on the flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo we will assist you until you take the international flight.

WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE THE CIRCUIT?

To do this circuit, you just have to book a round-trip flight to Cairo on your own. You must arrive on the day you have booked the tour and return eleven days later, that is, from Monday to Thursday, from Thursday to Sunday, or from Saturday to Tuesday. In between, everything is on us.

We will adapt the different visits so that, regardless of your flight schedules, you always enjoy everything we include in this complete Egypt circuit.
