4-NIGHT CRUISE FROM LUXOR TO ASWAN

Day 1: Luxor
On the first day we will pick you up at Luxor airport at your arrival time. We can also pick you up at the train station, a hotel or any other place. We will take you to the motorboat (that is what the boats that travel the Nile are called), where the full board begins.

Day 2: Luxor – Esna – Edfu
After breakfast we will disembark to visit the majestic city of Luxor, the ancient Thebes. We will visit two of the most spectacular temples in Egypt, the Luxor Temple and the Karnak Temple, formerly separated by the Avenue of the Sphinxes, a three-kilometer-long street.
After eating we will head to the gigantic necropolis near Luxor. We will visit the Valley of the Kings (entering 3 tombs), the Temple of Hatsepsut (dedicated to the only woman who reigned in Egypt for a long period) and the Colossi of Memnon (two gigantic stone statues representing Pharaoh Amenhotep III) .

Upon returning to the boat we will begin sailing towards Edfu, where we will dock for dinner and spend the night.

Day 3: Edfu – Kom Ombo – Aswan
Once we have had breakfast and our energies are recharged, we will visit the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the God Horus. The cruise continues sailing towards Kom Ombo, where we will visit its incredible temple, dedicated to the gods Sobek and Hareoris.
After the visit we will sail to Aswan, where we will spend the night.

Day 4: Aswan
After breakfast we will disembark to visit one of the most beautiful temples in Egypt, the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Whoever wishes can take, after visiting Philae, the excursion to the temples of Abu Simbel, something that we highly recommend.

In the afternoon we will take a felucca ride along the Nile to contemplate its life, its volcanic islands and its nature. We will also spend the last night in Aswan.

Day 5: Aswan
After having breakfast and checking out you will have free time. At the time you want, we will take you to Aswan airport, the train station or wherever you want in the city. If the transfer is in the afternoon you can also eat on board.

The order of the activities may vary depending on the ship, but all those indicated in the itinerary will always be carried out. Once on the cruise, you can book other additional visits not included in our itinerary (the Valley of the Queens, Deir el-Medina or the unfinished obelisk).
